The Casa Feliz project is a 32,000 sf, five story structure that replaces an aging residential hotel near downtown San Jose, California with 60 new, high efficiency apartments.
The building was awarded LEED Gold Certification, with sustainable features including the city's first green roof - installed to reduce stormwater runoff and provide thermal insulation.

Structural features of the building include 4 story wood framed structure with, one level of post-tensioned concrete for below grade parking and mat slab foundations.
